2. Cancellation Policy
- Tutoring and Consulting Services:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be fully refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
- E-Learning Solutions:
- Subscriptions to online courses and e-learning materials can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Cancellations made after 7 days of purchase or after accessing more than 20% of the content will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are eligible for cancellations made within the specified timeframes mentioned above.

- Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

- If a service is canceled by Upstarts LLC FZ due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or the service will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
