Our corporate training program aims to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge across various modules crucial for professional growth and organizational success. The program will be conducted over 24 sessions with 6 modules where each module designed to provide practical insights and tools that can be immediately applied in your role.
Module 1: Leadership Development Program– Develop essential leadership skills to lead teams effectively and drive organizational success.
Module 2: Strategic Management and Innovation– Learn how to create and implement innovative strategies to maintain competitive advantage in the business world.
Module 3: Ethics, Culture and Change Management– You will learn about managing ethical dilemmas, developing organizational culture, and managing change. Ethical dilemmas are inherent to leadership
Module 4: Leading Downwards: Leader Behaviour and Leadership Styles– You will learn about the TREAT leadership framework and the different leadership styles proposed by the TREAT leadership theory.
Module 5: Building Sustainable Relationships: Supportive Communications and Decision-Making Biases-You will learn about supportive communication and decision-making biases, which are important aspects of building sustainable and positive relationships.
Module 6: Power, Politics and Leading Upwards– The module will introduce you to power and politics in organizations, different sources of power, and how to acquire those sources of power. The module also discusses how to lead upward and manage your supervisors and bosses
